<p>#CMT# #/CMT# The furniture has an articulated backrest constituted of spaced bars (1) maintained at two ends by a parallel bar (9) on ground. The articulated backrest is foldable on a base (2) such that the articulated backrest is integrated into the base by hinges to form a flat surface without allowance by manual fitting of the bars. Rigid legs (5) support the base. A handle (3) is mounted at the back of a frame (8) at 45 degrees, or another handle is mounted at a lower part of the articulated backrest so as to maintain the articulated backrest at 92 degrees when the articulated backrest is unfolded. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# Multi-purpose furniture such as chair, stool, bench and table (all claimed), for use by an exhibition organizer and a decorator in a decoration industry. #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# The furniture allows the lines of slats forming the backrest to be embedded between the slats to form the base leading to a flat surface combining the two groups of slats after the slats are folded, thus providing function of the table or base without backrest.
