<p>Disclosed are a method and a system for transmitting a precise clock packet between non-1588 networks, which solve the problem that the precision is not high when an existing main switch and an auxiliary switch perform clock synchronization by crossing a switch not based on a 1588 protocol. The method comprises: an auxiliary clock receiving multiple Sync packets which are sent by a main clock and comprise each piece of first sending time information, determining each piece of first receiving time information, sending multiple Delay-Req packets comprising each piece of second sending time information to the main clock, and receiving corresponding multiple Delay-Resp packets which are returned by the main lock and comprise each piece of time receiving time information; and determining link delay according to the receiving time and the sending time, and performing clock synchronization. In the embodiments of the present invention, multiple clock synchronization packets of each category are sent, and some packets which are immune from a storage/forwarding mechanism always exist at an outlet port of a switch among the multiple clock synchronization packets, and accordingly, jitters of time delay can be effectively reduced, and the precision of clock synchronization can be improved.</p> |
