The present invention relates to a road reflector using an LED and a camera for a blind spot that includes a means for guiding a traveling vehicle driving on a curved road in bad weather, such as fogy or rainy day, or at night through flickering to indicate the fact that the vehicle enters the curved road, a means for guiding a corner reaching distance indicating the distance from the curved road provided with the reflector to the corner, and a means for guiding the corner reaching distance of an opposite vehicle when the traveling vehicle and the opposite vehicle enter the curved road at the same time. The road reflector includes a body (100) installed to a curved road and having a reflector (110) on a front portion thereof; an information guide board (200) provided in the body (100), and having a plurality of LEDs (210, 220); and a control member (300) electrically connected to the LEDs (210, 220) mounted on the information guide board (200) to control the flickering of the LEDs (210, 220) so that traveling vehicles (V1, V2) entering the curved road can recognize the curved road provided with the reflector (110). |
