The present invention relates to a device for filling kimchi sauce into cabbages which can automatically manufacture pogi kimchi by using a simultaneous action of a vacuum transfer method and an air spray for inserting a kimchi sauce having the high viscosity into a cabbage divided into two pieces. The device for filling a kimchi sauce into cabbages according to the present invention enables automation of manufacturing of pogi kimchi thereby, not only enabling the mass production of kimchi, but also reduction of required manpower to extremely reduce the kimchi manufacturing costs. Therefore, the compatitiveness in a market is obtained according to the reduction of the manufacturing cost, and the eating-out kimchi market can be expanded by enabling production of kimchi having a uniform quality. |
