PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of cooking a food product with an improved non-stick cooking surface.SOLUTION: A cooking sheet 100 includes a flexible support 110 having first and second major surfaces 108, 112, an extruded fluoropolymer layer 104 overlying the first major surface, and cast or skived fluoropolymer layers 102, 114 overlying the extruded fluoropolymer layer. A method of cooking a food product includes providing the cooking sheet, providing the food product, and cooking the food product on the cooking sheet. |
