PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reverse osmosis membrane produced by interfacial polymerization between a monomer in a nonpolar (for example, organic) phase and a monomer in a polar (for example, aqueous) phase on a porous support membrane.SOLUTION: On a porous support membrane, (a) a first solution containing 1,3-diaminobenzene is in contact with (b) a second solution containing trimesoyl chloride. At least one of the solutions (a) and (b) contains nanoparticles when the solutions are contacted at first. An interfacial polymerization method for producing a highly permeable RO membrane including the recovery of the highly permeable RO membrane is provided. |
