PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a calibration technique for motor control in which assignment of a processing time and memory space is not required.SOLUTION: A motion control device for motor control is provided. The motion control device can operate so as to perform scaling, that is, adjust an input with respect to an input range based on a calibration value and so as to use the scaled input to generate a drive signal for driving the motor. The motion control device executes a self-calibration to generate the calibration value. The self-calibration measures values at a home position and whole distance point with respect to the motor.
