<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a 3-CCD solid state imaging device in which change of white balance can be maintained constantly, even if the internal temperature rises or the environmental temperature changes.SOLUTION: An imaging device (1) has a first CCD7R for converting a first color component according to additive mixture into an electric signal, a second CCD7G for converting a second color component, different from the first color component, into a second electric signal, a third CCD7B for converting a third color component, different from the first and second color components, into a third electric signal, and first through third heat sinks 11 for dissipating heat from the first through third CCDs. The first through third heat sinks are maintained, respectively, at the same temperature.</p> |
