<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize an information processor capable of calculating an appropriate prediction time.SOLUTION: The information processor includes transfer means 300, calculation means 301, and prediction means 302. The transfer means 300 transfers data to a drive device 110 for driving an optical disk medium to write the data in the optical disk medium. The calculation means 301 calculates an average transfer rate of the data within a period between a transfer start point of time of the data and the present time on the basis of a time between the transfer start point of time of the data and the present time and a transferred data amount transferred between the transfer start point of time of the data and the present time. The prediction means 302 predicts a time required to transfer a residual data amount on the basis of the residual data amount being a portion of the data untransferred by the present time and the average transfer rate.</p> |
