a handheld enclosure having an interior, an air inlet, and an air outlet; a fan within the interior and configured to draw an airstream in through the air inlet and to deliver said airstream out through the air outlet; a heater within the interior and configured to heat the airstream as said airstream passes through the interior; and a light source within the interior and configured to sterilize the airstream as the airstream passes through the interior.
