摘要 Provided is a method for producing a new three-dimensional tissue fragment which can function as a biological pacemaker. This method for producing a pacemaker tissue fragment includes the formation of a three-dimensional tissue fragment obtained by laminating pacemaker cells derived from pluripotent stem cells. The three-dimensional tissue fragment includes pacemaker cells and an extracellular matrix component, and the formation of the three-dimensional tissue fragment includes: laminating coated cells obtained by coating the surface of pacemaker cells with a membrane containing an extracellular matrix component, and culturing the resultant cells; or laminating the cell layer of pacemaker cells alternately with a layer containing the extracellular matrix component, and culturing the resultant cells.
