摘要 A solute capturing column (300) is filled with a first scavenger layer (340) and a second scavenger layer (350) having a space provided therebetween, has a first divergent pathway (320) extending from an upper portion of the main body (310) of the solute capturing column (300) and a second divergent pathway (330) extending from the space between the scavenger layers, and is connected, at the upper portion, to a purification column (200). When a dioxin solution is injected into the purification column (200) and an eluent is supplied, dioxins flow from the purification column (200) to the solute capturing column (300) and are captured by the scavenger layers. An extraction solvent that is supplied from the lower end side of the solute capturing column (300) as a result of the purification column (200) and first divergent pathway (320) being closed off from an atmosphere system extracts the dioxins captured by the second scavenger layer (350) and flows through the second divergent pathway (330). An extraction solvent that is similarly supplied as a result of the purification column (200) and second divergent pathway (330) being closed off from an atmosphere system extracts the dioxins captured by the first scavenger layer (340) and flows through the first divergent pathway (320).
