<p>The present invention relates to a method for preparing a functional beverage containing raffinose as a main ingredient for ameliorating constipation, and more specifically, to a functional beverage prepared by mixing a chicory fiber fermented material obtained by fermenting a raffinose base with lactic acid bacteria, a prune concentrate containing rich dietary fibers thereby being helpful in ameliorating constipation, a kelp extract powder, and the like; and to a method for preparing a functional health food containing raffinose exhibiting effects of improving intestinal functions and ameliorating constipation. The materials are prepared into a beverage and thus can be easily taken by consumers without difficulty, thereby having effects of improving intestinal functions and ameliorating constipation.</p> |
