PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply and correctly measure an amount of a reduction in thickness of a cylinder structure.SOLUTION: A bottom face of a gauge base 20, fixed with a depth gauge 10, is adhered with gauge base legs 21A, 21B separated at a predetermined interval so as to be parallel to each other. This allows the gauge base 20 to be firmly fixed to a steel pipe cylinder 100, and an amount of reduction in thickness of the steel pipe cylinder 100 can be measured more correctly. Further, with the depth gauge 10 fixed to an end of the gauge base 20, an amount of reduction in thickness of a near-ground portion of the steel pipe cylinder 100 can be measured. The gauge base 20 includes a projection part 20A which is projected from the gauge base legs 21A, 21B and has a measuring groove 22 for measuring an amount of reduction in thickness in the projection part 20A. Thus, an amount of reduction in thickness of a thickness-reduced part 110 can be measured by installing the gauge base legs 21A, 21B on a sound part of the steel pipe cylinder 100. |
