A final moving lens unit having positive refractive power and disposed nearest to the reduction conjugate side among the plural lens units that are moved during zooming is moved toward the enlargement conjugate side during zooming from a wide angle end to a telephoto end, and the final moving lens unit includes one or more cemented lenses, and the final moving lens unit includes one or more negative lenses and one or more positive lenses. Predetermined conditional expressions are satisfied to maintain wide angle of view and high image quality along the entire zoom range.
