When switching a wireless base station (SeNB) from a wireless base station (SeNB#1) to a wireless base station (SeNB#2) in an [Inter-node UP aggregation], the present invention avoids the unnecessary forwarding of downstream data destined for a mobile station (UE), and quickly makes the switch. This mobile communication method has: a step in which a mobile station (UE) transmits a forwarding-stop request, which requests the wireless base station (MeNB) to stop forwarding downstream data destined for the mobile station (UE) to the wireless base station (SeNB#1), according to a [SeNB change command]; and a step in which the wireless base station (MeNB) stops forwarding the downstream data destined for the mobile station (UE) to the wireless base station (SeNB#1), according to the forwarding-stop request.
