<p>Provided is a switch circuit performing switching control irreversibly. This circuit has: a shorting unit (10) provided with a first meltable conductor (14) and a first heating element for melting the first meltable conductor (14), wherein the first heating element (15) is heated to melt the first meltable conductor (14), causing open electrodes to be shorted therebetween by the melted conductor; an opening unit (20) provided with a second meltable conductor (24) disposed in between energizing electrodes and a second heating element (25) for melting the second meltable conductor (24), wherein the second heating element (25) is heated to melt the second meltable conductor (24), causing the energizing electrodes to open therebetween; a first current control element (13) controlling the supply of electricity to the first heating element (15); and a second current control element (23) controlling the supply of electricity to the second heating element (25). The open electrodes of the shorting unit (10) and the energizing electrodes of the opening unit (20) are connected in series.</p> |
