PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fine powder adhesive for a fabric reinforcement ply having water dispersibility, produced by a simplified production method, having a narrow grain size distribution and having high dispersibility into water in accordance therewith.SOLUTION: Provided is fine powder adhesive for a fabric reinforcement ply having water dispersibility. The fine powder adhesive includes: a) at least one kind of at lest partially capped low molecular weight isocyanate of 85 to 97 wt.%; b) alkyl naphthalene sulfonate as a humectant of 15 to 3 wt.%; and c) an additive other than a binder of 0 to 10 wt.%, and the total of the blending components a, b and c is 100 wt.%. |
