PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that, since power supplied to an on-vehicle device is unstable, false data remain if power supply is stopped during update of a program, resulting in waiting of a user for completing the update correctly by checking of the false data and recovery process in starting process and the like.SOLUTION: A scheme is provided where the updating process is suspended in a period of unstable power supply, and the updating process is executed in a period of stable power voltage, thus the updating process proceeds stably without causing waiting of the user. |
