<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an expanded graphite for adsorbing and storing methane gas, etc., which is to be provided in an asymmetry capacitor arranged to be closer to a secondary battery in energy density.SOLUTION: An expanded graphite comprises adsorbing portions provided for adsorbing fine powder of an active material and an electrolytic solution which are mixed together. An asymmetry capacitor comprises: a positive electrode; a negative electrode; a separator between the positive and negative electrodes; and an expanded graphite sheet (graphite sheet) provided on each of the positive and negative electrodes. The expanded graphite sheet is arranged by providing compressing and controlling portions in the expanded graphite. The expanded graphite sheet (graphite sheet) has slit-shaped micropores formed by providing compressing portions in the expanded graphite having a microporous controlling structure. The expanded graphite sheet is provided for adsorbing and storing methane gas, natural gas, etc.</p> |
