A method for preparing a container provided with a thermal-insulation surface layer comprises the following steps: preparing an original substrate (11), and separately coating a lamination layer (12) and a polyethylene waterproof layer (13) on two opposite surfaces of the original substrate; coating a foam material on the waterproof layer (13); inversely folding and pasting one end of the original substrate (11) to form an edgefold (15), the pasted position of the original substrate (11) being mutually pasted with the edgefold (15), an exposed part of the edgefold (15) and the pasted position being one of the lamination layer (12) and the waterproof layer (13), and a recessed pasted part of the edgefold (15) being the other one of the lamination layer (12) and the waterproof layer (13); forming a foam layer (14) by heating and forming the foam material; and preparing a container provided with a thermal-insulation surface layer, the lamination layer (12) facing inside the container, and the waterproof layer (13) and the foam layer (14) facing outside the container. In this manner, the pasted effect can be improved, and an outer layer of the container can be prevented from being softened due to humidity. |
