The present invention prevents the occurrence of a delay in the transmission of downstream data to a mobile station (UE), when switching a wireless base station (SeNB) from a wireless base station (SeNB#1) to a wireless base station (SeNB#2) in an [Inter-node UP aggregation]. This mobile communication method has: a step in which the wireless base station (SeNB#1) stops the scheduling of downstream data to the mobile station (UE) and transmits a [SeNB change command] to the mobile station (UE) upon receiving a [SeNB change request ack] from the wireless base station (SeNB#2); a step in which the mobile station (UE) notifies the wireless base station (MeNB) of received downstream data and/or un-received downstream data; and a step in which the wireless base station (MeNB) re-transmits the downstream data that was not received by the mobile station (UE) to the mobile station (UE), according to the notification.
