PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery in which there is no risk that the fastening torque of an external terminal damages airtightness or conductivity.SOLUTION: A battery 1 includes a battery container 1 housing a power generation element and having an opening, a cover plate 3 closing the opening of the battery container 1, an external terminal 4 having a pedestal 4a and a bolt 4b projecting above the pedestal 4a, and an insulation member 6 arranged on the upper surface of the cover plate 3 while receiving the pedestal 4a, and composed of resin or ceramics. The cover plate 3 and insulation member 6 are fitted by protrusions and recesses. |
