PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a writing device, a writing method, a write-processing program and an information storage medium, capable of efficiently performing protection of a program written in an information storage medium such as an IC chip, with regard to an SCA countermeasure, by a configuration not complicating processing.SOLUTION: A writing device rearranges a sequence set as default, the sequence being a sequence in memory of an information storage medium of a plurality of execution codes constituting a prescribed program, and writes, in the memory of the information storage medium, the plurality of execution codes at which the sequence is rearranged.
