[Problem] To provide a cosmetic eyelid-reshaping tape having improved adhesion to the skin of the eyelid, and a method for manufacturing same, the tape being composed of a tape-form member in which a pressure-sensitive adhesive is applied to a long, thin, stretchable substrate piece that retains elastic shrinkage performance even after being stretched, and being composed so as to form a constriction on the eyelid along the tape member using the post-stretching elastic shrinkage of the substrate piece. [Solution] A cosmetic eyelid-reshaping tape (1) comprising: a tape-form member (2) in which a pressure-sensitive adhesive (4) is applied on both surfaces of a long, thin stretchable substrate piece (3) that retains elastic shrinking performance after being stretched; and release sheet pieces (5) affixed to the adhesive on both surfaces of the tape-like member, formed in the same shape as the tape-form member and having a easily broken section (5a) in the center, wherein wave-shaped protruding sections (22, 23) are formed protruding along the entire length direction on both side ends of the tape-form member. |
