<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gun reamer achieving hole drilling with significantly excellent circularity, cylindricity, surface roughness, and straightness.SOLUTION: A cylindrical blade part is disposed continuously to a tip end of a shaft part of a tool body capable of rotating in a shaft line, and on the blade part, plural cutting blades are formed with intervals. On the tip end, three blades are formed, and on the respective blade, the cutting blade and two pad parts are formed. The contours of the cutting blade and the pad parts have equal diameter. The plural cutting blades are formed so that the contour becomes smaller slightly as going to the tip end. Thereby, hole drilling with significantly excellent circularity, cylindricity, surface roughness, and straightness, is achieved.</p> |
