<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile automatic account settlement system for allowing a commodity which a customer is going to purchase to be determined easily, and allowing the determined commodity to be registered and settled for accounts on the stop without moving to a register.SOLUTION: Provided is a mobile automatic account settlement system for performing registration of and settlement of accounts for a commodity which a user is going to purchase using a shopping cart equipped with at least an accommodation basket, a commodity information sensor, and a touch panel-fitted display device, wherein the shopping cart is provided with a commodity comparison function (step S15) which, when a customer's intention for comparing a plurality of candidate commodities for purchase is indicated by a "Compare button" on the touch panel (Yes in step S14), extracts, from among commodity information about each of the plurality of commodities accommodated in the accommodation basket, commodity information about each commodity pertaining to an item discretionarily designated using the touch panel and lists, on the display device, the extracted information in a format in which each commodity is comparable.</p> |
