<p>There is provided an elevator arrangement (100, 650), a method for elevator arrangement and radio frequency transceiver for an elevator arrangement. The elevator arrangement comprises an elevator car (102a, 102b) and a hoistway (104) extending in a hoisting direction and said hoistway comprising openings to floors (106), wherein the elevator car is arranged movable between the floors, and an elevator control unit (108) for controlling the hoisting of the elevator car, and a galvanic power rail (132) installed to the hoistway for supplying electrical power to the elevator car over a galvanic connection, said elevator car including a communications unit (110a, 110b) for communicating with the control unit, wherein the elevator control unit is connected to the communications unit of the elevator car by radio frequency signals communicated on a leaky feeder cable (112) extending between the elevator car and the elevator control unit.</p> |
