The present invention relates to a roll blind having improved safety. The roll blind according to the present invention comprises: a tubular protection member having a U-shape to surround a U-shaped loop portion corresponding to a lower portion of a blind string and both ends extending upward by a predetermined length, the blind string penetrating and being inserted thereinto, the movement of the blind string being guided in the interior of the protection member, each of the both ends of the protection member having a catching step; a tubular first driving member and a tubular second driving member, of which each of outer upper portions has a driving protrusion and each of outer lower portions has a catching protrusion for preventing escapement to the outside by being caught by the catching step formed at each of the both ends of the protection member, the blind string penetrating and being inserted thereinto, the movement of the blind string being guided in the interior of the first driving member and the second driving member, the first driving member and the second driving member being arranged symmetrically; and a resilient member which is disposed in a space surrounded by the protection member, the first driving member, and the second driving member and has a lower portion supported by the protection member, an inner portion in which a spring member is received in two receiving spaces arranged to be spaced apart from each other with respect to a central portion thereof, and both sides each having a side driving hole which is lengthily formed in the vertical direction, opens one of the receiving spaces, and guides the vertical direction of the driving protrusion.
