<p>Method and system for the hybrid production of liquid fuel from treatment of waste, without the use of catalytic compounds, which is obtained by the combination of mechanical, UV and thermal degradation of waste. Initially, the waste enters into the system (2), it undergoes mechanical degradation (homogenization) in order to obtain particles of desired size less than 10cm using a homogenization high frequency pulsators system, then it is exposed to UV radiation and to thermal degradation, using a continuous flow special reactor (4), for the conversion of inserted material to gases. Then, the produced reactive gases are condensed to liquid material, the pH is adjusted between 4-4.5 and simultaneously the viscosity is stabilized through special regulated operation systems and the liquid material is filtered in order to remove viscous material.</p> |
