Provided is an organic solar cell which includes a first electrode layer formed on a substrate; metal nanoparticles combined with the surface of the first electrode; a hole transport layer which is formed on the metal nanoparticles and has a nanobump structure; a photoactive layer formed on the hole transport layer; and a second electrode layer formed on the photoactive layer. The organic solar cell includes metal nanoparticles on an electrode. A hole transport layer formed on the metal nanoparticles has a nanobump structure, thereby generating an increased plasmonic effect and increasing photocurrent. Also, a photoactive structure has a recess structure, thereby increasing the amount of light absorption and improving light efficiency. In addition, a nanobump structure can be formed by using a simple process of a dry aerosol method without a complex exposure process or transfer process, thereby greatly improving economic feasibility. |
