<p>The present invention relates to a method for differentiating between swine infected with a wild-type classical swine fever virus and recombinant classical swine fever-vaccinated swine; and to a primer set therefor. More particularly, the present invention relates to a primer set that has a combining property specific to a classical swine fever virus and does not combine with other pestiviruses such as BVDV and BDV; and to a method for differentiating between swine infected with a wild-type classical swine fever virus and recombinant classical swine fever-vaccinated swine by using the primer set having a combining property specific to a recombinant classical swine fever virus.</p> |
