PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure a longer maintenance period using corrosion-free ceramic tubes for all duct materials while realizing accurate, fast molten metal supply control and realizing high accuracy casting process.SOLUTION: A die casting sleeve molten metal supply apparatus includes: decompression means for vacuuming up molten metal 12 within ducts 1, 1' to a sleeve 27; and an inductor 14 applying a thrust force for braking delivery of the molten metal 12 within the ducts 1, 1' to the sleeve 27. A bellows 52 for absorbing vibration is included between the sleeve 27 and the duct 1" and a ceramic inner tube 61 is included in a duct 1", the ceramic inner tube 61 is inserted into a nozzle tube 45, a taper packing 59 is fitted into a gap into which the ceramic inner tube 61 is inserted, and a stepped portion and a mouse piece 62 are provided in the nozzle tube 45 and a ceramic inner tube support ceramic belt cushion material 60 is wound around the ceramic inner tube 61. |
