<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize adhesion between adhesive surfaces of an adhesive printed matter, to prevent separation between the adhesive surfaces of the adhesive printed matter.SOLUTION: An image forming apparatus includes: an image carrier; a developing unit which applies developer to a surface of the image carrier to form a developer image; a transfer member which transfers the developer image formed by the developing unit to a medium; a medium conveyance apparatus for conveying the medium; a fixing apparatus for fixing the developer image on the medium; roughness information acquisition means for acquiring roughness information of the medium; and determination processing means which determines a method of applying adhesive developer to the medium, on the basis of the acquired roughness information. The medium roughness information is acquired, and the method of applying the adhesive developer to the medium is determined on the basis of the roughness information, thereby stabilizing adhesion between adhesive surfaces of an adhesive printer matter.</p> |
