Disclosed are a three-dimensional reconstruction method and device, and a mobile terminal. The three-dimensional reconstruction method comprises: projecting linear laser to an object; continuously collecting image information about the object irradiated by the linear laser from at least two angles, and continuously collecting motion information about a camera; according to the image information, obtaining the three-dimensional coordinates of the object under a camera coordinate system corresponding to each collection time at each collection time; and according to the motion information, obtaining a position relationship of the camera coordinate system relative to a global three-dimensional coordinate system at each collection time, and conducting three-dimensional reconstruction of the object according to the three-dimensional coordinates and the position relationship. By means of the three-dimensional reconstruction method and device, and the mobile terminal in the embodiments of the present invention, image information about an object can be continuously collected from different angles and motion information about a camera can be continuously collected, and quick and omnidirectional three-dimensional scanning and reconstruction can be conducted on the object according to the collected information. |
