PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a turbine and a generator capable of generating maximum electric power with a simple constitution.SOLUTION: A device comprises a combustion toroid for receiving combustion-induced centrifugal forces therein to continuously combust fluids located therein, and an outlet for exhaust gases from the combustion toroid. The device further includes a plurality of separated discs radially connected to a shaft passing the center, and the plurality of separated discs are radially connected to the shaft, and disposed between the combustion toroid and the outlet for exhaust gases. |
