<p>An imaging device comprises: a monitor (1) for displaying a preview image of a subject to be imaged; a strobe device (2) for emitting strobe light to indirectly illuminate the subject; and a control device for inputting signals into and outputting signals from the monitor (1) and the strobe device (2). The strobe device (2) includes a light emitting unit (2a) for changing the emission direction of the strobe light. The control device measures the distance to the subject, predicts the image of the subject illuminated with the strobe light (bounce light) on the basis of the distance to the subject and the emission direction of the strobe light, and displays the predicted image of the subject on the monitor (1). Thereby, it is possible to review the results of bounce flash photography before shooting, and thus to achieve optimum bounce flash photography.</p> |
