The present invention relates to a cutter for stationary or arts and crafts, which comprises: an inner frame where a slit unit for the access of the fore-end of a blade is placed on one side thereof; a cutter main body which includes an outer housing for surrounding the outer surface of the inner frame; a front cap which covers and is inserted into the slit unit protruding from one side of the outer housing; a back cap which is coupled to the other side of the outer housing and has a clip unit; and a protrusion preventing cap which is placed inside the inner frame, and includes a blade indicator exposed between guide rails to the outside in order to visually check the accessing length of the blade. Therefore, the safety cutter can prevent safety accidents which may occur due to protrusion of the blade by installing the front cap that can be assembled to or disassembled from the slit unit through a magnet. In addition, the safety cutter can reduce danger of accidents where a user carelessly grips the blade protruding from the cutter by installing the blade indicator with high visibility inside the inner frame where the blade is stored, and can accurately perform work for a user with weak sight or the case where highly precise work is required by attaching magnifying glass, for magnifying a cutout part, to the cutter main body. |
