In the present invention, provided are a method for microencapsulating fat-soluble materials and a method for manufacturing a functional beverage by using microencapsulated fat-soluble materials. Provided are a microcapsule and a functional beverage manufactured by the method. The method for microencapsulating fat-soluble materials is allowed to mix water-soluble materials and fat-soluble materials with biological activity in a stable manner and prevent properties from being changed and functions from being damaged, caused by which fat-soluble materials directly contact the water-soluble materials. The method for microencapsulating fat-soluble materials minimizes bad smells of fat-soluble materials, thereby improving quality and reducing an amount of additives for removing the bad smell. The beverage manufactured by the method has an increasing effect on biological activity due to a stable connection of water-soluble materials and fat-soluble materials. |
