According to the present invention, a system for providing an advertisement on a smartphone background comprises: a flat-rate service providing module to provide flat-rate data to a smartphone user from a communications company server and to charge a corresponding flat rate to the corresponding user; an advertisement database construction module to receive advertisement data from an advertiser server and then to construct an advertisement database using the advertisement data; an advertisement point determination module to differently determine an advertisement point depending on the playback time, provided time slot, user, and advertising costs of each advertisement data; a user information checking module to receive the basic information of a user who approved the reception of an advertisement; an advertisement providing module to transmit and execute advertisement data through an advertisement providing window activated in a specific page on the background of a smartphone carried by the user, wherein the advertisement data is selected from the advertisement database based on the information of the user; an advertisement viewing determination module to determine whether the advertisement data is received by the smartphone and then to provide an advertisement viewing point to the corresponding user; a remaining data calculation module to check the amount of unused remaining data among the flat-rate data for a user and then to provide a remaining data point to the corresponding user based on the amount of remaining data; and a calculation module to compare an accumulated value of the advertisement viewing point with the remaining data point and then to calculate a refund to be paid to the corresponding user from the flat rate. |
