<p>PURPOSE: A touch panel obtains coordinate signal of a touch cell according to state change of switching element if the touch means is touched, the touch panel increases a lifetime of the touch panel. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of signal lined(32,34) helps input and output of position detection signal. A touch cell(60) includes switching device(40) and a conductive pad(50). If a touch unit is close to the conductive pad, a touch position detector(70) detects state change of the switching element by virtual capacitance between the touch means and the conductive pad. The touch position detector obtains a coordinate signal of the touch cell.</p> |
