PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an EL display device having high operation performance and reliability.SOLUTION: There is provided a liquid crystal display device including: a first TFT (Thin Film Transistor) that includes a first channel formation region, a first source region and first drain region, a gate insulating film, and a first gate electrode; a second TFT that includes a second channel formation region, a second source region and second drain region, a gate insulating film, and a second gate electrode; a first insulating film that is provided on the first TFT and second TFT; source wiring that is connected with one of the first source region and first drain region; first drain wiring that is connected with the other of the first source region and first drain region and is connected to the second gate electrode; second drain wiring that is provided on the first insulating film and is connected to one of the second source region and second drain region; and a current supply line that is provided on the first insulating film and is connected to the other of the second source region and second drain region. |
