PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data transmission device, a data transmission method and a data reception device, which allow confirmation from a data transmission device side of a reception state of content data on a data reception device side.SOLUTION: A data transmission device comprises: division means for dividing one chunk of regenerable content data to a plurality of chunks; chunk storage means for storing each divided chunk in relation to an identifier for identifying the chunk concerned; chunk transmission means for transmitting each chunk stored by the chunk storage means to a plurality of subordinate devices together with the identifier of the chunk concerned; tallying means for tallying every time the identifier of the chunk is notified from each subordinate device as reception completion information, the number of reception completion notifications; calculation means for dividing the tallied number of reception completion notifications of each identification by the total number of the subordinate devices to calculate a reception completion rate of each chunk by the whole subordinate devices; and display control means for displaying the calculated reception completion rate of each chunk on display means. |
