PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a relocation support method and a system thereof capable of easily and precisely managing carry-out/carry-in of packages.SOLUTION: The relocation support system issues a color bit code label according to requests of a user. The color bit code label is stuck to a box by the user, images of the carried out packages and/or cases are taken by a camera at a departure point, the color bit code label stuck on the packages and/or cases are automatically recognized by a PC at the departure point, and the data is uploaded to a server at a service company. At the destination, the color bit code label is automatically recognized, and checked against the downloaded data. |
