<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique to efficiently transfer data, in which the number of mountable nonvolatile chips are increased while the size of a control circuit is suppressed.SOLUTION: A nonvolatile semiconductor storage system includes: a plurality of nonvolatile semiconductor storage media 32; a control circuit 24 that includes medium interfaces connected to the plurality of nonvolatile semiconductor storage media; and a plurality of switches 31. The medium interfaces and the plurality of switches are connected via data buses; and each of the switches and two or more nonvolatile chips are connected via data buses. The switch switches connections between the data bus connected to the medium interfaces and the data bus connected to any one of the plurality of nonvolatile chips connected to the switch. The control circuit divides data to be written into a plurality of data elements, switches connections by controlling the plurality of switches, and transmits the plurality of data elements so as to distribute them to the plurality of nonvolatile chips.</p> |
