<p>A V-HetNet-based method and device for transmitting a downlink control signal. By using a co-site feature between a macro base station and a micro base station in V-HetNet architecture, resources are integrally configured for terminals in the coverage of the macro cell and the micro cell; transmission resources of downlink control signals are separately configured for the terminals in the coverage of the macro cell and the micro cell from resources of a carrier, so as to ensure that resources configured between terminals affected by cell interference are orthogonal; and further, in a case in which transmission processes of downlink control signals of the terminals are affected in a comparatively light degree, because all downlink control signals of all the terminals are transmitted in a same carrier, waste of resources due to difference of the number of terminals in different regions is avoided.</p> |
