<p>According to the present invention, an automatic chassis alignment apparatus comprises a chassis (20) supplied from a press (10); first and second conveyors (30, 40) guiding the chassis (20); a speed control member (100) consisting of first and second cylinders (50, 60) spaced apart from each other to control the speed of the chassis (20) falling from the second conveyor (40), and first and second sensors (54, 64) respectively installed on first and second sensor brackets installed on one side of the first and second cylinders (50, 60); a magazine (110) storing the chassis (20) passing through the speed control member (100); and an x-y stage (130) moving the magazine (110) in an x-y direction. The automatic chassis alignment apparatus successively stores the magazine (or a jig) by using the x-y stage, while controlling the movement speed of the chassis, thereby maximizing work efficiency.</p> |
