<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disaster information communication display system in which a disaster information screen in the case of emergency disaster can be selectively watched on a digital broadcast receiver and further can be watched positively in real time with the intension of a viewer without utilizing any special service system depending on such as dedicated software or a browser.SOLUTION: A TV station includes means for distributing a message screen to the digital broadcast receiver via a digital broadcasting system, the message screen including information of determining the presence/absence of an intention to display emergency disaster information, when the emergency disaster information is received from an information input side or any special change is watched in a monitoring camera image, and distributing a disaster information screen to the digital broadcast receiver via the digital broadcasting system, the disaster information screen including the image captured by the monitoring camera at the information input system side and information relating to the image and required in the case of disaster, when a disaster information screen distribution request command from the digital broadcast receiver side is performed, so as to watch the screen on a display part of the digital receiver.</p> |
