<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remote management system in which a remote management device can collect periodically stored quality information of a network line that is connected with a home apparatus in a user's home network, without requiring time and labor of a user of STB (Set Top Box).SOLUTION: A remote management device transmits a request signal for giving an instruction to a home apparatus to send internal information of the home apparatus. The remote management device receives from the home apparatus the internal information periodically acquired and stored by the home apparatus, and manages a failure in the home apparatus.</p> |
