<p>The present invention relates to a method for producing salt with a plant flavor, which is produced by preparing a plant crushed liquid in which even fibers are degraded by an enzyme, mixing the plant crushed liquid with salt, and spray-drying the mixture. Even the plant fibers are degraded by the enzyme, thereby using all distinctive fibers of the plant having a flavor as well as a juice. In addition, the spray drying method is uses, unlike a conventional method, a soaking method, thereby promptly manufacturing salt with a flavor which has excellent homogeneity.</p> |
